Our Story

Before TRUCO was a taco truck, it was a legendary late-night tradition. Tabriz—who once worked at a Mexican restaurant in the U.S.—was living in London, working full-time in finance by day and flipping tortillas by night (but only on special occasions, don’t get it twisted).
 

Whenever there was a big UFC fight or a must-watch game, his tiny kitchen transformed into a taco arena. Friends, family, and anyone lucky enough to snag an invite would gather—not just for the sport, but for the real main event: Tabriz’s Tacos!
 

The food hit different. So did the vibes. And after hearing “Bro, you NEED to open your own taco stand” one too many times, the idea started to sizzle.
 

Fast forward to now: Truco is the dream on wheels—spreading joy and fire flavors across the city. And with Yusuf by his side (a real one from day one), they’re bringing people together, one taco at a time.
